Get Inspired For Spring With Colour!

By:

Tuesday, February 26th, 2013

People often compliment me on the clothes I wear or rather how I pair colour, pattern and texture. The truth is colour was a total mystery to me for many years. I was always being told this doesn’t go with that. I had resigned myself to the fact that these were invisible rules arrived at by a system I would never understand. Until I read “The Gardeners Book of Colour”by Andrew Lawson. This book helped me to grasp what people had been telling me all this time. Ever since then I have been using plant colour, pattern and foliage texture as inspiration for what to wear every day.
